General:
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with Branhams.
Please read carefully before placing any order.
All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Orders:
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods: online transaction (secure server), e-mail (unsecure), post or telephone.
All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order.
No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.


Delivery:
Please note delivery costs are for the UK only.
All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a sign for and insured service and gives a guarantee of next day delivery by 1pm to 99% of the UK, however some of the more remote areas of the UK are not guaranteed for the next day delivery but are guaranteed delivery within three days up to 5.30pm.

Orders up to £1000 are charged at £5 per delivery.
Orders over £1000 delivery is free of charge

We aim to despatch your order within three weeks of receipt (if not sooner).
Once your order has been received you will be sent an automatic email to confirm the order has been placed. After that you will be sent another email with an expected delivery date then finally when the goods have been dispatched we will email with the parcel delivery details so you can track your item. 

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.


Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Branhams and are proud of the quality of our work and advice that we offer.

Stock items may be returned for exchange, credit or refund provided they are returned in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt and with the original packaging within 28 days. We will then exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item(s) we regret that we can not refund the postage.

Goods will not be accepted back for credit under any circumstances after 60days from date of delivery dispatch.

Items ordered specifically to customers individual requirements may not be returned unless they are found to be faulty or defective.

If Branhams make items to your specific instructions you must ensure that your specifications are accurate and that items made to your instructions will be fit for the purpose for which you intend to use them. Branhams will not be held responsible for any errors made by you the customer.

For reasons of health and hygiene Branhams operate a non returnable policy for all earrings.

If you wish to return any item because you feel it is faulty, please give the details of the fault on the reverse side of your delivery note and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging. We will then contact you to resolve the matter. We recommend that all items returned to us be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery this ensures proof of delivery and insurance of goods whilst they are in transit. Your local Post Office will be able to advise.

Distance Selling Regulations:
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund.
This does not apply to any item personalised or made to your specification.
To cancel any item, you can e-mail or write to us with your details and order number. You must take care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them.
Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel.
All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods.
Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.

Items are not shown at actual size.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual item the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.

All information on our web site is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.


Ownership of Goods:
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Branhams until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Cookies are placed / collected to enable functionality of your shopping basket and to recognise you when you shop again.
